Lady Paula King-Kneeland is a native Memphian. She is the wife of twenty-three years to Pastor Melvin Kneeland. Lady Paula is the mother of three sons; Melvin, Brandon and Braxton and one daughter; Brittany. Lady Paula has been an active member of The Lord’s Tabernacle Holiness church since the sunshine band at age five. She has worked tirelessly in several ministries; the food committee, hospitality, youth department, street ministry, adult choir and now serve as the First Lady. She is known for her encouraging approach and ability to motivate others. Her mottos are “the glass is half full; never half empty” as well as, “anything worth having is worth working for and waiting for “.
Lady Paula has a BS in Psychology from the University of Memphis and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Bethel University. . Lady Paula is employed by the Shelby County Division of Corrections. She has worked as a Care and Custody Counselor B as well as the counselor responsible for screening and selecting inmates for the Work Release Program. She is now a supervisor and works as Program Service CPSII. Lady Kneeland is known for motivating and inspiring others with whom she comes in contact. In her opinion, everyone is important and has a purpose.
